“This Is Us” Season 4, Episode 10 Recap (Spoiler Warning!)

Let’s talk some “This Is Us.”

After an almost two month break, NBC’s hit family sob-fest drama “This Is Us” returned on Tuesday with a new episode (“Light and Shadows”) for the second half of Season Four. And in typical “This Is Us” fashion, it was the emotionally intense rollercoaster ride that fans can expect.

As Rebecca says to Jack at the end, this episode was certainly full of big moments and little moments, indeed.

But we’re getting ahead of ourselves here.
